Mark Pitts is stepping down as President of RCA Records to launch Cofvnders, a multi-media management company with offices in New York and Los Angeles. He'll stay on as a consultant for the Sony Music acts he developed. Cofvnders has already been at work behind the scenes — the company co-produced "The R&B Tour," the Usher and Chris Brown co-headlining run launching June 25 in Denver with Live Nation. Pitts also has a new initiative in Japan: the Tokyo Sound Continuum, a songwriting program pairing U.S. producers with Japanese talent, backed by Japan's Agency for Cultural Affairs.

ROAM, the global independent booking agency formed last year through the merger of ATC Live and Arrival Artists, has promoted Jess Kinn to partner, six months after she joined from One Fiinix Live. Alongside the promotion, Malaika Thomas joins as head of tour marketing from AEG Presents, and Saskia Collins comes aboard as head of EU brand partnerships at companyX, ROAM's in-house brand strategy division, arriving from UMG's Globe. Kinn's roster includes Olly Alexander, Moonchild Sanelly, Jessie Buckley & Bernard Butler, Bimini, Pale Waves, and Mae Muller.

Chad Doerge has been named President and Deputy CEO of Round Hill Music. He comes from Aiera, the AI-powered financial intelligence platform, and brings two decades of investment banking experience to the role. He'll sit on the company's executive management, investment, and valuation committees alongside founder and CEO Josh Gruss.

Miles Gersh has been promoted to Executive Vice President of A&R at Warner Records, announced Tuesday. The seven-year label veteran is best known for bringing Zach Bryan to CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck in 2020, a bet that turned into two No. 1 albums and the largest ticketed concert audience in U.S. history. His developing roster also includes bunii, IShowSpeed, Maddox Batson, CJ, and Veeze.

Max Lousada and Julie Greenwald have officially launched 26.2, a new record label in strategic partnership with Sony Music. The two former Warner Music Group heavyweights have signed a deal that includes Sony investment and global distribution through the Sony system, with offices already open in New York and London. Both exited WMG in 2024. 26.2 will operate as a proper record label — not a distributor or services platform — backed by a 25-year personal relationship between Lousada and Sony Music's Rob Stringer.

Becky Colwell has been named President of Programming & Content at Oak View Group, coming from Halo Sports Entertainment where she oversaw concerts and events at the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome in Inglewood. Alongside her hire, Mark Shulman has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Programming & Content, OVG East.
