Booking Agency ROAM Promotes Jess Kinn to Partner

Hires Malaika Thomas and Saskia Collins to boost artist services

Jess Kinn has been appointed Partner at global live booking agency ROAM. In addition, the company has hired Malaika Thomas as Head of Tour Marketing, and Saskia Collins as Head of EU Brand Partnerships at in-house brand strategy agency, companyX.

Next of Kinn:

Kinn joined ROAM in October 2025.
Her roster includes Olly Alexander (Years & Years), Africa Express, Moonchild Sanelly, Mercury-nominated duo Jessie Buckley and Bernard Butler, Bimini, Pale Waves, Mae Muller and more.
Kinn also represents several ROAM US signings for the rest of the world, including Say She She, Flower Face and RAEGAN, while existing clients Ruby Waters and The Aces are now represented by ROAM globally.
ROAM says Kinn’s promotion to Partner reflects her “leadership role within ROAM and the wider industry.”
She is a founding organizer of the recent Trans Mission benefit concert at London’s Wembley Arena, supporting and celebrating transgender rights.
It saw artists such as Olly Alexander, Christine and the Queens and Wolf Alice perform in front of 10,000 people.

New hires:

Thomas joins from AEG Presents, where she led the marketing campaigns on events including BST Hyde Park and All Points East.
She previously held marketing roles at Live Nation Entertainment, Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment.
Collins joins from Universal Music Group’s Globe division, where she led partnerships for brands including LEGO, Pinterest, Tia Maria and more.
Prior she worked at SBTV, experiential agency ITCH Ltd, and Save the Children.
In her new role at companyX, Collins will “ensure the company’s brand-related services cover all European territories and provide clients with a full global reach.”
