


Billie Eilish, The Weeknd, Daddy Yankee & Ellie Goulding Crowned As 2025’s Biggest Signings on ROSTR
The top spots account for management, agency, label & publishing signings, respectively
WRAPD is a year-in-review series analyzing data collected on ROSTR over the past 12 months.
Now an industry staple used by tens of thousands of industry professionals, usage trends on ROSTR are an increasingly accurate proxy for who the music industry is paying attention to.
The third installment of the series - ranking the biggest signings of the year by Spotify audience - landed today across artist management, touring, records & publishing.
We tracked over ~8,000 signings this year, and these are some of the highlights:
Management:
Superstar Billie Eilish (No. 1) landed with new management back in March in a shakeup that brought her to Jason Owen’s Sandbox Entertainment.
Camila Cabello (No. 2) joined powerhouse Full Stop Management in July with managers Jeffrey Azoff, Tina Kennedy, Maria Chon and Gian Mitchell signing on, the latter of whom came over with Cabello.
K-pop’s JENNIE rounds out the top three after signing with Jeremy Erlich’s new company ALTA Music Group in July.
Touring:
The Weeknd made his return to WME in May after a stint at CAA for three years, signing with John Marx, Ben Totis & Brian Cohen worldwide to take the top spot.
After working with Kendrick Lamar’s agent at Wasserman, Drake (No. 2) switched over to CAA last month with Alex Mebed, Darryl Eaton, Mitch Rose & Sam Reisman taking the reins.
Independent booking agency 33 & West nabbed one of the biggest moves of the year with Latin artist Ozuna (No. 9) signing on with Dan Rozenblum & JJ Cassiere for WW (ex-EU).
Records:
Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee (No. 1) leads the way for HYBE’s new Latin division after signing a record deal with them in July.
Warner Records claimed two of the top five spots with The Neighbourhood (No. 3) & Madonna (No. 5) both joining the roster in October & September, respectively.
Tame Impala (No. 13), signed with Columbia Records in July, ending a 5-year stretch without new music and releasing their new album Deadbeat.
Publishing:
Ellie Goulding secured the top publishing spot this year after signing with UMPG last month.
Multi-platinum singer-songwriter James Arthur (No. 2) locked in a deal with BMG in June.
DJ/5K runner Diplo (No. 3) agreed to terms with Warner Chappell Music this spring which brought a portion of his catalog under their admin.

To determine Top Signings we analyzed 6,700+ signings tracked on ROSTR over the last 12 months. We then organized each signing by type and ranked them based on the size of each artist’s Spotify audience (Monthly Listeners) on Dec 1, 2025.
