Beatport and Miller Genuine Draft Launch Grassroots Venue Fund

The co-venture will support independent electronic music venues around the world.

The Beatport Group (TBG), the global electronic music company, has announced a new joint venture with the alcohol brand Miller Genuine Draft (MGD) to financially support grassroots electronic music venues around the world. The fund will provide €60,000 spread across four countries: Turkey, Hungary, Georgia, and Australia.

Who gets what:

  • All four countries will receive €15,000.

  • Venues in each nation will apply for the funds.

  • The application for venues based in Hungary will be open from July 30 to August 27, and Turkey’s will be open from August 4 to September 3.
