Sony Music Publishing Nashville has extended its partnership with Verse 2 Music, led by singer-songwriter Kane Brown and music industry veteran Kent Earls.
Why it matters:
Verse 2 was launched in 2021 as a joint venture with Sony Music Publishing, focused on helping emerging songwriters and artists. It represents country artists such as Josh Hoge, Rivers Rutherford, Dylan Schneider and more. To date it has delivered more than 200 major label releases, 11 country airplay singles and four Number One hits, including Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown's "Thank God".
