The announcement was made on Thursday July 3 at the Wallifornia Music+Tech conference in Liège, Belgium, where the company was the 2023 winner of its Startups Pitch Competition.
The company:
Tickets For Good was founded in 2019 in Sheffield, England.
It enables live event organizers to donate tickets to non-profit workers, healthcare staff, teachers and those facing financial barriers.
As of this year it has distributed one million tickets to the 500,000 people registered on its platform across the US, UK and EU.
Event partners include Dua Lipa, Idles, Robbie Williams (an advisor and investor), Yungblud, Ticketmaster, UB40, Melody Garden, Pixies, Sherelle and The Sun Festival.
The Belgian office:
With a tailored platform and French speaking team, the TFG office is based at La Grande Poste in Liège.
Its launch follows that of the TFG Netherlands office in early 2025.
TFG’s Belgian launch is part of its Benelux territory plan, supported by specialized investment fund LeanSquare.
Funding:
TFG has also announced the opening of its new £3m funding round, which will serve to accelerate its international expansion in Belgium and beyond.
What they said:
Stephen Rimmer, Founder and CEO of Tickets For Good: “With a dedicated local team and strong early momentum, we’re proud to be bringing the Tickets For Good model to new communities.
