AI-Driven Music Licensing Platform SyncIt Launches
Founded by Disciples’ Nathan Duvall, it specializes in licensing electronic music
Nathan Duvall, the multi-platinum producer/DJ and member of British production team Disciples, has announced the launch of SyncIt, "an intelligent discovery and licensing platform for artist-made electronic music."
How it works:
As per the press release, SyncIt uses AI to streamline the process of finding and licensing music for film, TV, games and branded content. It claims to provide solutions "in seconds" from its 2,000-song catalog of curated electronic music.
The catalog includes music from creators "associated with" tracks by Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Disciples, Eli & Fur, and more. SyncIt is invitation only for music creators.
Commission:
Artists accepted onto SyncIt can host their music for free, with the platform commissioning 10% on completed syncs.
Hires:
BRIT-Award-winning producer, songwriter and sound designer Patrick Patrikios has been appointed the company's Creative Director.
What they said:
Nathan Duvall, Founder and CEO: "Electronic music spans 27 sub-genres and is one of the most loved sounds globally, yet it's overlooked in the sync world; we built SyncIt to change that."
