Liza Minnelli, Art Garfunkel Team with ElevenLabs On AI-Assisted Songs

ElevenLabs has launched _The Eleven Album_, which features flesh-and-blood artists collaborating with its AI-based music-creation platform Eleven Music to co-create new songs. Included in the tracklisting are legendary artists Liza Minnelli and Art Garfunkel.

The technology:

• Eleven Music can generate full compositions from simple prompts.

• Artists can use the platform to create fully original, rights-cleared music, or to spark an idea and accelerate their workflow.

• They can also edit tracks with granular control, and download up to six studio-quality stems for advanced mixing and arrangement.

• Artists using Eleven Music retain full authorship and commercial rights over their productions.

The album:

• As well as featuring chart-topping producers such as Patrick Patrikios (Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera) and AI music artists Kai and angelbaby, The Eleven Album also boasts Liza Minnelli and Art Garfunkel.

• Minnelli’s “Kids Wait Till You Hear This” is an EDM track; Garfunkel’s “Authorship” is a spoken-word song backed by piano and the sound of falling rain.

• ElevenLabs says each track on the album is “fully original, blending the artist’s signature voice, style, and musical instincts with new creative possibilities unlocked by AI.”
