Rob Stevenson and Matt Signore Launch New Label ALTER MUSIC

Veteran A&R executive Rob Stevenson and seasoned label operations leader Matt Signore have announced the launch of a new record label, ALTER MUSIC.

Why it matters:

• Signore and Stevenson are former 300 Entertainment veterans; Stevenson has also worked at Republic, Island and Virgin.

• Stevenson has had a hand in the careers of Fall Out Boy, The Killers, Katy Perry, The Beastie Boys, Post Malone and more.

• ALTER is backed (and distributed) by Firebird Music Holdings, founded by Gibson guitars chairman Nat Zilkha and former Ticketmaster/Twitter exec Nathan Hubbard.

The promise:
