REPUBLIC Collective has entered a multi-year joint venture with New York-based media and entertainment company ZIZA Inc. to launch ZIZA Records.
The label:
As per Music Business Worldwide, ZIZA Records will focus on signing and developing artists from the South Asian diaspora, targeting acts with momentum in North America, the UK, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
It will also seek to unlock catalog opportunities through global distribution, sync, and marketing.
Additional plans involve brand partnerships, live experiences, and cross-market collaborations.

ZIZA Inc. was founded by entrepreneur and CEO of Malsons, Shivam Malhotra.
Malsons is a prominent independent player in the South Asian music ecosystem, and claims to have generated more than 10 billion streams globally.
