Primary Wave Signs Catalog and NIL Deal with Intocable

The Norteño-Tejano group have sold more than four million albums

Primary Wave Music has partnered with legendary Mexican music group Intocable.

The details:

  • The deal includes the GRAMMY-winning band’s catalog of music, including Number One singles “Fuerte No Soy,” “Mi Gusta Mi Vida,” “Sueña,” “Te Amo (Para Siempre),” “Si Me Duele, Que Duela,” and “Un Poquito Tuyo.”

  • It also covers name, image, and likeness rights.

  • Via the partnership the band will have access to Primary Wave’s marketing team and publishing infrastructure, which includes digital strategy, licensing, sync opportunities, and film & TV production.

  • Intocable are one of the most influential bands in Tejano and Norteño music.

  • Since forming in Zapata, Texas, in the early 1990s, they’ve sold more than four million albums, sold-out arenas throughout the Americas, and had 15 Number One albums on Billboard’s Regional Mexican Albums chart.
