Casey Thomas and Vincent Masino take up new positions

Nashville-headquartered record company Lost Highway has announced Casey Thomas as Vice President of Marketing, and Vincent Masino as Manager, Audience Development and Content Strategy.

The new hires:

  • Thomas’ prior role was VP of Marketing and Commercial Partnerships with Monument Records, where she spent seven years.

  • She previously worked in the development department of the Country Music Hall of Fame.

  • Masino joins Lost Highway from Universal Music Group Nashville, where he spent two years as a digital content specialist.

  • He began his career freelancing for labels and in artist management.

  • Thomas and Masino will be based in Lost Highway’s Nashville offices.

The return of Lost Highway:

  • Lost Highway was founded in 2000 and absorbed into Mercury Nashville in 2012 following the retirement of founder Luke Lewis.

  • It was reactivated earlier this year, led by Robert Knotts (formerly Senior VP, Artist and Label Services at Thirty Tigers) and Jake Gear (previously VP A&R at UMG Nashville).

  • It resides under the Interscope Geffen A&M umbrella.
