ElevenLabs Opens Music Marketplace for Users to Monetize AI-Generated Tracks

AI startup ElevenLabs has launched Music Marketplace, a platform where users can publish the tracks they made with the music generation program, Eleven Music. The users who upload the tracks will earn royalties when the music is remixed or licensed.

How it works:

• Paid subscribers to ElevenLabs will be able to access Music Marketplace.

• Approved commercial licenses include videos, games, and ads.

• Original creators earn from every use of their track by paid subscribers.

• This model is similar to ElevenLabs’ Voice Library, where users share AI-generated versions of their voice to also be used by paid subscribers.

• Uploaders can choose how their voice is used in this regard and earn royalties from each use.

• ElevenLabs says over $11 million has been paid out via Voice Library.

• The company claims 14 million tracks have been made with Eleven Music.
