ElevenLabs, the software company known for AI Voice Generation, has launched its own full-service AI creation platform, Eleven Music. The company has partnered with the independent publisher, Kobalt, and independent licensor, Merlin, to ensure proper royalty distribution to music used for training purposes.
Eleven Music:
The company claims users can create “studio-grade music from natural language prompts.”
Music created on the platform is cleared for commercial use in film, television, podcasts, social media videos, advertisements, and gaming.
This new platform puts ElevenLabs in the same realm as AI creation platforms such as Suno and Udio.
Those platforms have not made deals with licensors and publishers similar to those Eleven Music has made with Kobalt and Merlin.
