GRAMMY Award-winning singer Chaka Khan has partnered with HarbourView Equity Partners on a deal that includes “catalog development, global licensing, and the development of new creative ventures.”

The details:

  • No financial details have been disclosed, nor has the scope of HarbourView’s acquisition been revealed.

  • The deal comes off the back of Khan’s recent single “Chakzilla,” and the completion of the successful Queens! 4 Legends, 1 Stage tour.

The catalog:

  • The 11-time GRAMMY-winner has released 22 albums, containing anthems such as “I’m Every Woman,” “Ain’t Nobody,” “Sweet Thing,” “Through the Fire,” “Tell Me Something Good,” and “I Feel for You.”

  • She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2023, and received the GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award in 2026.
