Bruno Crolot Leaving Spotify, Headed for Believe?
The long-time Spotify exec is reported to be departing the company
According to Music Business Worldwide, Bruno Crolot, Spotify's Senior Director, Head of International Music, is departing the company "for a senior role at France-headquartered music company Believe".
Why it matters:
As per MBW, Crolot joined Spotify in 2016 as General Manager for France and Benelux.
He was promoted to Senior Director, head of International Music in 2021.
Crolot was previously Head of B2B tradeshow Midem (2010-2015), and has worked at Universal Music, Noos, Orange and Sony Music.
Believe Music is a digital music distribution and label services company which owns self-releasing distribution platform TuneCore and represents more than one million artists directly or through their labels.
Neither Crolot nor Believe has confirmed the move.
