YouTube Will Remain Coachella’s Exclusive Livestream Partner Through 2030

YouTube has extended its exclusive livestream deal with Coachella through 2030. The previous agreement would have ended this year.

Background:

• YouTube and Coachella began their partnership in 2012. Since then, watching the festival at home has become known as “Couchella,” a significant part of the cultural experience.

• YouTube claimed the 2026 stream had the most simultaneous viewers in the partnership's history without naming exact numbers.

• Since launching, the stream has integrated Shorts from lineup artists, merchandise sales, and more options tailored to viewers at home.

• This year, electronic artist Anyma implemented visuals for his headlining set that could only be viewed on the live stream.
