
Adam Tiran
Warner Music Group (WMG) has promoted Adam Tiran to the position of General Manager at Africori, WMG's Africa-centric distribution and label services arm. Tiran has worked at the company for over 13 years, most recently serving as Director of Operations and International Lead.
The details:
Tiran will work out of Johannesburg.
He will report to Simon Robson, President, EMEA, Recorded Music, WMG.
In this new role, Tiran will focus on expanding Africori’s reach throughout Africa.
Background:
Throughout his many years at Africori, Tiran has worked with prominent artists such as Blxckie, Focalistic, Kelvin Momo, Jux, Marioo, Master KG, Rexxie and Sjava.
WMG invested a majority stake in Africori in 2022.
Africori CEO Yoel Kenan recently stepped down after 14 years at the helm.
