Ticketmaster Now Available as a Connected App in Gemini

Live Nation-owned ticketing platform Ticketmaster is now available as a connected app in Gemini, Google’s AI assistant.

Why it matters:

• Fans can search for live events via Gemini’s conversational AI.

• Ticketmaster says the Gemini integration also benefits venues, offering visibility in one of the world’s fastest growing AI platforms without any additional implementation or setup.

• This adds to Ticketmaster’s existing integrations with ChatGPT, Claude and Amazon Alexa+.

How it works:

• After connecting Ticketmaster as a connected app in Gemini, users ask for @Ticketmaster when searching for live events using natural language.

• Gemini will surface real-time event information, seating options and ticket prices/comparisons.

• Users then continue to Ticketmaster to complete the purchase of their already pre-selected seats.

• The app is currently available in English across Gemini on web, iOS and Android for US based users.

• It will scale to additional languages and markets over time.
