ROSTR has named Tixel its exclusive fan-to-fan resale and waitlist partner in the ticketing category for the next 12 months.
The partnership:
The 360 brand partnership is embedded across ROSTR’s content, data, and events.
Tixel will be the exclusive “Presented By” partner across ROSTR’s Trending People content series, which tracks which managers and agents are moving music forward.
It will run across ROSTR’s email, social, newsfeed and New Industry Focus.
ROSTR is also building Tixel a custom data pipeline to support its expansion in the US, which began in 2025.
As part of the collaboration the two companies will co-host a mix of intimate dinners and happy hour events across Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville for the managers, agents, and promoters ROSTR and Tixel partner closely with.
Exclusive category partners:
Tixel is ROSTR’s latest category-exclusive partner, following collaborations with Please & Thank You in VIP experiences & Hive in CRM.
What they said:
Vivian Donohue, Chief Growth Officer, ROSTR: “The secondary ticket market has spent a decade training fans to expect the worst. Tixel is one of the few companies building against that instead of profiting from it. Our audience is the people who book these tours, so they see both ends of it: spec listings flooding the market, and what fans are left with after the show sells out. They need to know a safe and fair resale option like this exists.”
Jason Webb, CoFounder and COO, Tixel: "Ticket resale happens on every tour and festival whether anyone plans for it or not. Having a clear resale strategy means fans buy early with confidence and you minimize the chance of them getting ripped off by predatory secondary practices. Partnering with ROSTR helps us open up these conversations with artist teams well ahead of the on-sale."
