ROSTR has partnered with the International Festival Forum (IFF) – the world’s biggest festival booking event – to become the official technology and media partner of IFF LA, the conference’s first North American edition. IFF LA will take place at The London, West Hollywood, from September 14-16, 2026.
Why it matters:
The event is organized by the team behind IFF London, which over the past decade has facilitated millions of dollars in artist festival bookings.
IFF LA will provide an essential marketplace for festival and live event bookings, bringing together festival and outdoor live event programmers, talent buyers and booking agents from North America, Canada, Latin America and beyond.
It will feature in-person meetings, networking events, agency pop-up offices and industry programming, alongside artist showcases.
IFF LA is backed by North America’s leading booking agencies such as CAA, Ground Control Touring, High Road Touring, IAG, outer/most, Paladin Artists, ROAM, TBA, THE·TEAM, UTA and WME, all of whom will be in attendance.
Crucial insights:
Key to the partnership between ROSTR and IFF LA is a new annual, co-authored data report on the North American festival market, which will be published in the official IFF LA conference guide.
The report will combine ROSTR’s booking data and market intelligence with IFF’s industry vantage point and editorial standards.
It’s designed to become a yearly benchmark for festival bookers, agents, managers and promoters working across the region.
ROSTR Co-Founder and CEO Mark Williamson will present highlights from the inaugural report in a dedicated session during the IFF LA program.
Booking tools:
As part of the partnership, ROSTR will build a suite of custom tools around the conference’s core mission of getting festivals booked.
They include dedicated lists and list-sharing tools that let agents, festival programmers, managers and promoters organize and exchange booking targets directly within the platform.
They also offer capabilities that support meeting prep, prospect discovery, and follow-ups.
Media coverage:
ROSTR’s editorial platform New Industry Focus is IFF LA’s principal media partner.
It will produce content across the full arc of the conference, from pre-event build-up to on-site editorial coverage and behind-the-scenes features with agents and managers.
What they said:
Greg Parmley, IFF MD/Co-Founder: “ROSTR has been a great partner to IFF London over recent years, bringing deep data-led insight into the agency and festival booking world, and we’re thrilled to take that partnership to the next stage in the US. We know that bringing ROSTR and IFF together will enable the creation of valuable, actionable content that will serve the primary purpose of IFF LA – helping agents and festivals do more business.”
Mark Williamson, The ROSTR Group Co-Founder/CEO: “IFF has spent a decade in London proving that the most efficient way to book festivals is to bring the right people together in one room. We're thrilled to be their technology and media partners for the first IFF LA in our hometown. IFF brings the people together and we're excited to give them the data, the tools, and the context to make those few days even more effective."
