Qobuz Partners with Sylvan Esso Around New Album, ‘Ow ∞’

The arrangement includes global listening events and an exclusive live album release

Qobuz has partnered with electropop duo Sylvan Esso on a series of activations around the duo’s upcoming studio album, ‘Ow ∞,’ which is due for release on September 11.

Listening parties:

  • Qobuz is hosting a series of coordinated global listening events on September 3, in conjunction with music and hi-fi audio organization In Sheep’s Clothing and the band’s own label, Psychic Hotline.

  • The events will take place at hi-fi bars and independent record stores across North America, Europe, Asia and Mexico, with events listings here.

  • Fans will have an opportunity to hear Ow ∞ before its official release, presented through what Qobuz calls “carefully curated, high-fidelity sound systems.”

Live album:

  • The partnership will also yield an exclusive Qobuz release of a live album, recorded during Sylvan Esso’s June 2026 residency at Los Angeles’ Sid the Cat Auditorium, set to drop on September 30.

  • The live release joins a growing slate of Qobuz exclusives that includes the return of yasiin bey’s acclaimed The Ecstatic to streaming, a forthcoming live version of Lucinda WilliamsWorld’s Gone Wrong, Bitchin BajasIsle Peaks EP with Drag City Records, and more.

  • Qobuz has also recorded an interview with Sylvan Esso, with videos to be rolled out across Qobuz and the digital channels of Sylvan Esso and Psychic Hotline.
