Vivian Wang Donohue has been appointed Chief Growth Officer at The ROSTR Group. Donohue joins from Apple, where she led commercial growth initiatives across Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Services. She previously held senior leadership roles at AEG Presents and AEG Worldwide/AXS.

HYBE AMERICA's Nashville division rebranded as Blue Highway Records, appointing Jake Basden as CEO. Basden joins from Sandbox Management, where he served as President. He previously was SVP of Communications for Big Machine Label Group.

Scott Borchetta is leaving HYBE America to relaunch Big Machine Records as an independent venture. While Borchetta retains the brand, HYBE keeps the Big Machine Label Group catalog, publishing division, and roster staples like Thomas Rhett, Brett Young and Midland.

Create Music Group appoints Mitchell Shymansky as Chief Data & Technology Officer after nearly two decades at UMG, where he led Global Data & Analytics and built the company's cloud-native data platform.

Patron Saints of Music appointed Allie Moskovits as Head of Sync & Business Development in a newly created role. Moskovits joins from BMG, where she led the TV & Film production music department, facilitating major studio deals. She previously worked at Berlanti Productions and ABC.

Sony Music Publishing appoints Roslyn Pineda as President, Asia, succeeding Carol Ng, who retires in March after 27 years with the company, including leading regional expansion into Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

TEG Live appointed Brad Turcotte as Senior VP of Country, operating out of the company's Nashville office. Turcotte, most recently an artist manager at Vector Management, previously held senior leadership roles at UMG Nashville and Big Machine Label Group, leading international strategy and global campaigns for Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, and Taylor Swift.

Trust Records tapped Sam Siegler and Mike Nucero as Creative Directors after four years leading visual creative for the punk and hardcore reissue label. The duo, who work under their Easy Does It design banner, have been the creative force behind Matt Pincus' label since its 2020 launch.
