Olivia Dean Partners with Australian Music Venue Foundation
A portion of Dean’s Australian ticket sales will go to the country’s grassroots music venues
The Australian Music Venue Foundation (AMVF) has announced a partnership with British singer Olivia Dean.
Why it matters:
Dean will donate $1.10 from every ticket sold on her 2026 Australian arena tour to support the country’s grassroots music venues.
This is the first time an artist has formally partnered with AMVF since its launch earlier this year under the guidance of UK Music Venues Trust co-founder Mark Davyd.
The initiative is delivered via PLUS1.
What they said:
AMVF CEO and Chair Tam Boakes: “It’s amazing to see an artist like Olivia Dean, who is not only culturally impacting the world with her music, also make a real impact for artists, venue owners and audiences – wherever they might be in the world. Her amazing generosity means that we will be able to assist all parts of the Australian live music eco system. At the AMVF we firmly believe that Big Music starts in Small Venues, and this donation is an acknowledgement of that.”
