Netflix and AEG Presents are Producing a ‘K-pop Demon Hunters’ Global Concert Tour

Whether HUNTR/X will perform and other details are sparse at the moment

AEG Presents, the international event promoter behind Coachella, and Netflix are planning a K-pop Demon Hunters world tour. As of now, HUNTR/X, the girl group featured in the film, is not confirmed to be performing.

What we know so far:

  • According to a press release acquired by Variety, the tour will be “a live experience that will bring elements of the two-time Oscar-winning film to life in spectacular ways.”

  • Dates and locations of the tour have not been announced, but are expected later this year.

  • There is a sign-up page to receive updates about the tour as they come.

  • The tour was announced by Netflix during a recent presentation to potential ad buyers.

  • During that presentation, Netflix President of Ad Sales Amy Reinhard said the run is scheduled for next year.

What they said:

  • Reinhard: “Today, ‘K-pop Demon Hunters’ is still the most popular film on Netflix, and we’re really excited to announce that next year, in partnership with AEG Presents, we’re going to keep that momentum going with our very first world concert tour. The live tour is going to bring fans even closer to the characters and the music that they love, and of course, we want you to be a part of that. We’ll have more information to share about the cities later this year, so stay tuned.”
