Live Nation Asia Teams with IHG to Deepen Concert Tourism Strategy

The partnership reflects the growing interest in music tourism

Live Nation Asia has partnered with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), expanding its footprint in Greater China through a deal that aims to offer combined live event, travel and accommodation packages.

Why it matters:

  • The partnership further positions Live Nation Asia to capitalize on the growth in concert tourism in the region.

  • It follows a 2025 deal between the company and travel service provider Trip.com Group to offer concert tourism packages across key Asian markets.

How it works:

  • New and existing IHG One Rewards members will have access to exclusive travel packages in Hong Kong and Taiwan that pair stays at IHG Hotels & Resorts with select Live Nation concerts.

  • They will also get access to exclusive ticket giveaways and promo offers across IHG’s social media channels.

What they said:

  • James Dick, Executive Vice President, Partnerships & Media, Live Nation Asia: “More fans in Asia are choosing to travel to experience their favorite artists live, whether that means visiting a new city or traveling across borders. For these fans, the experience extends beyond the show itself – it’s about the journey to the destination, where they stay and the memories they create along the way. This is where live entertainment and hospitality come together, and we’re excited to partner with IHG Hotels & Resorts to bring exclusive experiences and benefits to IHG One Rewards members across the Greater China region.”
