Drop CRM platform Laylo has launched an AI Ticket Sales Agent, designed to reduce the flat spots in on-sale cycles and sell more tickets.
How it works:
The AI Agent automatically follows up with fans based on their ticket-buying actions, in the voice of the artist or promoter.
For example, fans who abandoned their checkout get a reminder to finish; those who clicked but haven’t bought get a low-ticket warning; existing buyers get a nudge to bring their friends.
Laylo says the Agent personalizes every message.
It provides examples such as: “Kiley, don’t forget to bring your crew. Tickets are almost gone.” And “Your #1 artist on Spotify is in town this weekend, Riley.”
The Ticket Sales Agent is now available through Laylo and works with major ticketing platforms.
Early adopters:
DICE is among the first ticketing platforms to deploy the Ticket Agent.
Stranger Than is among the first promoters using it to drive ticket sales.
What they said:
Alec Ellin, Co-Founder & CEO of Laylo: “Event organizers spend weeks building the hype, then lose sales in the gap between announcement and door. The Ticket Sales Agent picks up where the drop leaves off and closes that gap. Early agents are outperforming traditional re-engagement by 3x. True personalization has always been impossible to maintain as your audience grows. Now, it isn't.”
