


Finnish Firm Backbone Management Launches in the UK
The operation will be led by Adam Sagir
Finland’s Backbone Management has expanded into the UK.
Backstory:
The company was founded in 2014 by CEO Panu Piippo and Head of Management Antti Eriksso.
It has guided the international careers of artists such as Ville Vallo (HIM), The Rasmus and Blind Channel.
The set-up:
The UK office will be led by The Noise Cartel’s Director Adam Sagir, who over his 25-year career has worked as label manager, booking agent, artist manager and music PR.
He will continue to run The Noise Cartel while leading Backbone in the UK.
British artists Bones UK, Sikth and Vexed will join the company’s existing roster of Finnish artists such as Swallow The Sun, Ensiferum, Atlas and Stam1na.
