Angry Mob Music Launches Creative Sync Division, AM2
It will be led by Angry Mob Co-Founder Sean Harrison
Independent music publisher Angry Mob has launched its new creative sync division, AM2.
The details:
The new in-house sync division folds together sync production, sync A&R, and licensing into a single unit.
AM2 will be led by Angry Mob’s Co-Founder and Executive Director, Creative Sync, Sean Harrison.
As per its statement, AM2 operates across the “full spectrum of visual media, including advertising, trailers, promos, gaming, and film & TV, providing end-to-end music services that encompass bespoke music production, music supervision, sync A&R, and music strategy.”
AM2 launches with Angry Mob’s global roster of songwriters, producers and composers, including Richard Walters, Bailey Bryan, LeyeT, Evan Coffman and more.
AM2 has already placed music from Angry Mob’s catalog of more than 7,500 works in shows such as Bridgerton, games such as Call of Duty – Vanguard, and ads for Google and Ulta.
New hires:
AM2 has appointed Chicago-based Jessie LaBelle as Director of Creative Sync, and Los Angeles-based Ashleigh Coulter as Manager of Creative Sync.
They join existing AM2 team member and Creative Sync Manager Ryan Brooks, who is based in New York.
All will report to Harrison.
What they said:
Sean Harrison: “With this launch, we're sharpening our focus on high-level creative for trailers, advertising, and visual media, with music that resonates in meaningful ways.”
He adds: “Jessie LaBelle is leading the way in ad sync, Ashleigh Coulter is driving our efforts in trailer music and Ryan Brooks is overseeing production and East Coast ad partnerships. We've put together a team that's talented, dialed in, and fully committed to the work, whether for a 30-second ad spot or a cinematic trailer."
