
thumpN, the India-based, AI-native live entertainment discovery and ticketing platform, has raised more than $3.75 million in a pre-seed funding round.
What it does:
thumpN uses a conversational AI agent to recommend live experiences based on a user’s tastes, from concerts to comedy shows, festivals to sports events, and other live experiences.
The agent, dubbed Shadow, is backed by a network of curators, including artists, promoters and venue insiders, as per Music Business Worldwide.
The platform also offers audience insights for artists, venues, and promoters to help them market and manage events.
thumpN is live and targeting users in metropolitan cities and tier II and III markets.
Investors:
Backers include Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Paytm CFO Madhur Deora, Capitalmind Co-Founder Shray Chandra, Hyperlink Brand Solutions Founder VG Jairam, and artists Arijit Singh, Sunidhi Chauhan and Badshah.
thumpN says the capital will be used to expand its platform.
