Ticketmaster Becomes First Music Partner for Meta’s Muse AI

Users can connect their Ticketmaster account to their Muse to discover events

Ticketmaster is the first music partner for Meta’s Muse AI, with users able to connect their Ticketmaster account to their personalized agent, known as a Muse. The experience is currently available in English on web, iOS and Android for US users.

What it means:

  • When a fan chooses to connect to the Ticketmaster connector, their Muse can help surface Ticketmaster event options that align with their interests.

  • Fans can then browse real-time event information, seating options, and ticket pricing.

  • Once they decide to purchase, they continue to Ticketmaster’s secure marketplace to complete the transaction.

Why it matters:

  • As event discovery channels evolve, Ticketmaster’s connector with Muse creates another way to find eligible events and verified tickets.

  • Ticketmaster says most events that are on sale with active inventory are eligible to appear in Muse discovery results.

  • The company says clients do not need additional integration work or incur additional costs to make eligible events available through the connector.

Existing agreements:

  • Ticketmaster already has similar partnerships with AI platforms such as Google’s Gemini, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Amazon’s Alexa+, and Anthropic’s Claude.
