ROAM Appoints Maxie Gedge Head of Artist Delivery

Independent booking agency ROAM, which represents more than 900 artists including Fontaines D.C., PJ Harvey and Angine de Poitrine, has named Maxie Gedge in the newly-created role of Head of Artist Delivery.

The role:

• ROAM says the role will position Gedge at the strategic heart of the agency’s UK and European operations team.

• From there she will assume responsibility for end-to-end delivery across the roster, including team growth and process development.

• The company says Gedge’s appointment reflects its “continued investment in internal infrastructure and resources, ensuring the agency can support its artist clients with consistency and care.”

Backstory:

• Gedge joins from Secretly Group, where she was European Project Manager, coordinating album campaigns for artists such as Mitski and Phoebe Bridgers.

• Prior she worked as Communications Coordinator at PRS Foundation and was Project Manager at Keychange, the international network and movement for full gender equality in the music industry.
