


Reservoir Media Posts 43% Operating Income Jump In Fiscal 2025
The music company released its Q4 and fiscal full-year financial results
New York headquartered music rights company Reservoir Media has revealed impressive growth in its fiscal Q4 (calendar Q1) and fiscal full-year financial results, ended March 31, 2025.
Fiscal 2025 results – a snapshot:
Revenue of $158.7 million, an increase of 7% YoY on an organic basis, or 10% including acquisitions YoY.
Music publishing revenue increased 12% YoY to $107.4 million.
Recorded music revenue increased 4% YoY to $44.3 million.
Operating income grew 43% YoY to $35.1 million.
The adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) was up 18% to $65.7 million in the same period.
Fiscal 2025 highlights:
Publishing deals with Snoop Dogg and Death Row Records, k.d. lang, Wrabel, Travis Heidelman and Omar Kamal, among others
Acquired the publishing catalogs of Lastrada Entertainment, Big D Evans, and Billy Strange.
Struck deals for rights to the publishing catalog of Lebo M and recorded music catalog of Jack Douglas.
