Warner Music Group has named Jieun Kim President of Warner Music Korea. She steps up after three years as the company's CFO and will oversee operations and strategic growth, including integrating the local office into WMG's broader APAC infrastructure. She reports to Lofai, President of Warner Music APAC.
Believe has made its first move into the US label space with the launch of AZTEC, a New York-based joint venture led by Az Cohen. The label will lean on Believe's global infrastructure to develop its roster, with first signings expected to be announced in the coming months.
Raw Power Management has promoted Matt Ash and Don Jenkins to Joint CEOs as part of a long-term succession plan. Ash, based in LA, has been with the company since 2008 and has managed Bring Me The Horizon; Jenkins, out of London, joined in 2012 and looks after Bullet For My Valentine and The Damned, among others. Founder Craig Jennings transitions to Executive Chairman.
THE·TEAM has made three strategic hires to strengthen its international operations. Julia May, a Billboard Hip-Hop & R&B Power Player and former WME executive, joins as SVP of Business Development in New York. Sarah Thia, a 15-year APAC marketing veteran, takes the helm as VP of Tour Marketing for Asia, based in Singapore. And rounding out the trio, London-based Sheila Mukasa steps in as Senior Manager of Pricing & Ticketing, bringing live event expertise from her time at AEG Presents, where she managed ticketing across more than 1,000 shows.
AEG Presents has appointed Jonathan Lee as Managing Director of its new Korea office, he joins from WPP Korea, where he served as Business Development Director. Lee will lead the company's K-Pop touring strategy and growth in the region.
UnitedMasters is doubling down on the UK, hiring Alessandro "Moz" Moro — a 15-year veteran with time at Warner, Island, Platoon and EMPIRE — as Senior A&R to run the division alongside VP Jesse Morav. The move comes with two fresh signings: London singer-songwriter Grace Carter and production trio Kid Apollo.

MNRK Music Group has promoted Dan Hawie to Managing Director of Last Gang Records. A label veteran since 2017, Hawie will now oversee the full P&L and lead A&R and brand strategy, building on a track record that includes work with The Lumineers, Metric and Death From Above 1979.
Matt Harvey has joined UNIFIED Music Group as Senior Artist Manager, marking the Australian company's first move into New Zealand. A founding member of drum and bass outfit Concord Dawn turned manager, Harvey brings a roster that includes Shapeshifter, Mim Jensen, and ex-Shihad frontman Jon Toogood.
Proactiv Entertainment is making live music a priority, naming veteran executive Chen Castaño as Music Director alongside senior hires José Vela (business development) and Beatriz de la Guardia (communications & marketing) to lead its newly dedicated concerts division.
Leighanna Martin has joined Riser House as Manager of A&R + Publishing, where she'll work alongside SVP Brandon Perdue supporting a roster that includes Mitchell Tenpenny and Jake Mitchell. She comes from Anthem Entertainment, with earlier experience in artist merchandising at Richards and Southern.
