On The Move: Paladin Artists Names Rick Levy CEO, Another Management Company Expands Team

Paladin Artists has named Rick Levy as CEO as the independent booking agency enters advanced discussions to acquire New York-based Entourage Talent Associates. Levy previously served as COO, General Counsel and founding partner of ICM Partners, and remains a partner at Primary Talent International.

Allison Crutchfield and Hannah McElroy have joined Another Management Company. Crutchfield moves into management after seven years at ANTI- Records — where she headed A&R and signed Waxahatchee, MJ Lenderman and Death Cab for Cutie — and will co-manage Twisted Teens, Brennan Wedl and Ryan Davis from LA. McElroy joins as a Nashville-based day-to-day manager supporting Youth Lagoon and Twisted Teens, coming from Left Right Management and iHeartMedia.

Kate Lazzari has joined Messina Touring's Nashville office after eight years at Concerts West, where she worked on tours for The Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney. She'll work across the company's full roster and contribute to new touring opportunities.

Leslie Ahrens has been promoted to Managing Director and EVP, Creative, Latin America at Kobalt, taking on operational leadership of the region alongside the creative work she's led since 2014. Her roster includes Karol G, Anuel AA, Enrique Iglesias and Carlos Vives.

Dirty Hit has opened its first continental European office in Berlin, with Noura Labbani stepping in as EU Label Manager. She comes from Beatport, DICE and Patreon, and will oversee the label's European operations for a roster that includes The 1975, Bleachers and Rina Sawayama.

Believe has launched a Label & Artists Solutions division in the US, with Thomas Maxwell coming on as VP to lead it. He'll focus on signing and partnering with independent US labels, reporting to Global Head of Music Romain Vivien.

  • NITO has elected four new members to its board — Thomas Cussins of Ineffable Music Group, Alex Fang of New Frontier Touring, Liz Pjesky of High Road Touring and Amanda Silecchio-Frederick of Madison House.

  • Riser House has hired Leighanna Martin as Manager, A&R + Publishing. She joins from Anthem Entertainment and will work alongside SVP Brandon Perdue supporting the label's roster.

  • Alex Bellissimo has joined LyricFind as VP of Marketing. She spent nearly 15 years at Warner Records across digital and partnership marketing, working with artists including Dua Lipa, Zach Bryan and Linkin Park.

  • Bill Macky has joined Quartz Hill Music Group as SVP of Promotion & Marketing, leading radio strategy across the Quartz Hill Records and Stone Country Records rosters.

  • Apple Corps has rounded out its executive team under CEO Tom Greene, with Lux Paterson coming in as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and Jonathan Sands taking on Retail and Experiences.

  • ESEA Music has named Aileen de la Cruz and Yijia Tu as co-presidents. Founder Hiroki Shirasuka remains in a leadership role, while co-founder Tiger Hagino Reid steps back from day-to-day operations.
