New England based concert promoter MassConcerts has appointed Vickie Gordon as a talent buyer.
The details:
Gordon will be based in Nashville.
She will focus on Southeast and Midwestern US markets, in MassConcerts venues in New England and Upstate New York as well as non-exclusive rooms.
Work history:
Gordon previously worked at Romeo Entertainment Group, overseeing talent bookings for concert series, fairs and venues.
She was also Senior Talent Buyer for Clubs at Big Spring Entertainment in Nashville.

In May, the promoter inked a deal with ticketing and event platform Tixr, bringing three MassConcerts-operated amphitheaters into Tixr’s stable of venues.
The exclusive ticketing deal included Outer Harbor (Buffalo), Snow Pond Center for the Arts (Sidney, Maine) and Asheville Yards (North Carolina).
It also included other MassConcerts owned and operated venues such as Massachusetts’ Worcester Palladium and The Webster Theater in Hartford, Connecticut.
