


Live Nation Posts Record 2025 Revenue of $25.2BN
Forecasts another year of significant growth in 2026
Live Nation has posted annual revenues of $25.2 billion for 2025, up $2 billion (9%) Year on Year. The company’s operating income was $1.3 billion, up 52%, and it posted an adjusted operating income (AOI) of $2.4 billion, up 10%.
Concerts:
Live Nation’s concerts business generated $20.9 billion in 2025 revenue, up 10% YoY.
It also posted an annual AOI of $687 million, up 30% YoY.
Fan attendance increased 5% to 159 million across 55,000 shows globally, with more fans attending Live Nation concerts outside the US than inside it for the first time ever.

The ticketing subsidiary posted annual revenues of $3.1 billion, a 3% uplift YoY, and AOI of $1.1 billion, up 1% YoY.

Over 80% of Live Nation’s 2026 large venue shows are already booked.
