Downtown Neighboring Rights (DNR) has announced three new signings, namely American rapper and singer-songwriter Don Toliver, Brazilian DJ and producer Zerb, and pioneering drum & bass label Innerground Music.
The signings:
Don Toliver bridges the worlds of hip-hop, R&B and trap, and has accumulated billions of streams and multi-platinum certifications with albums such as 2020’s Heaven or Hell.
Sao Paulo-based DJ and producer Zerb attained more than half a billion streams in 2024 alone via hits such as “Mwaki” and “Addicted.”
Drum & bass label Innerground Music was established in 2003, and has forged a reputation for innovation and high-quality releases that merge traditional drum & bass with Brazilian musical influences.
The deals:
DNR will manage and represent the neighboring rights for each party across their existing catalogs and future releases.
Synergies:
Zerb and Innerground have partnered with multiple Downtown businesses to streamline their distribution, publishing and neighboring rights under one roof.
Innerground has been a FUGA client since 2024.
Zerb also works with FUGA through his partnership with label TH3RD BRAIN.
What they said:
Dean Francis, SVP of Downtown Neighboring Rights: “We’re delighted to welcome Don Toliver, Zerb, and Innerground Music to the Downtown Neighboring Rights family. Each represents unique, forward-thinking artistry, and we’re proud to make sure their rights are properly represented worldwide.”
