AEG International’s Global Partnerships team has announced nine senior promotions. The unit oversees sponsorship and premium seating across AEG’s venues, tours, festivals, and events worldwide.
The promotions:
After 18 years with the company, Georgina Iceton has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships, AEG International.
She will focus on driving global collaboration across markets and supporting brand partnerships across AEG’s international venues.
She will continue to lead the strategic roll-out of partnerships across AEG International’s UK venue portfolio, including The O2.
Fifteen-year AEG veteran Will Dowdy has been upped to Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships, AEG Presents.
He will oversee partnership sales for the company’s venues, tours, and festivals in the UK and France.
Matthew Zweck has been promoted to Senior Vice President, AEG Global Partnerships, AEG International.
The Australia-based exec will focus on the company’s Asia-Pacific and Middle East partnerships.
Also promoted:
Six other team members have been promoted to Vice President roles.
Laura Palairet, Matt Botten and Liana Mellotte will work across AEG International’s UK venues, with Mellotte also leading partnership sales for the company’s ticketing platform, AXS.
Ollie Blake will focus on global partnerships strategy for AEG International.
Carla Morini and Katie Cavanagh will lead global partnerships for venues, festivals and events under AEG Presents in the UK.
