Nile Rodgers

Nile Gregory Rodgers Jr. (born September 19, 1952) is an American musician, songwriter, guitarist and record producer. Co-founder of disco group Chic, he has written, produced, and performed on records that have sold over 750 million albums and 100 million singles worldwide. His signature "chucking" guitar style helped define disco and funk, with notable productions for David Bowie, Madonna, Diana Ross, and Daft Punk.
