Melon (멜론) is a South Korean online music store and music streaming service launched in November 2004 by SK Telecom, now operated by Kakao Entertainment. It is South Korea's largest music subscription service, with over 28 million users, and offers a library of over 40 million tracks. Melon is known for its influence on the K-pop industry and its popular Melon Music Awards.
