Carmine Appice (born 1946) is an American rock drummer, recognized for his dynamic style. He gained fame with Vanilla Fudge and later played with Cactus, Beck, Bogert & Appice, Rod Stewart, King Kobra, and Blue Murder. He is the older brother of drummer Vinny Appice and is known for his showmanship and influence on rock drumming.
