Aurora Aksnes, known mononymously as AURORA, is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, and record producer born on June 15, 1996, in Stavanger, Norway. Known for her introspective songwriting and ethereal soundscapes, she began creating melodies at age 6 and writing lyrics at age 9. Growing up in the mountains near Bergen, she gained widespread attention with her debut EP 'Running with the Wolves' in 2015.
