Tixel Expands US Leadership Team with Key Hires

Former DICE, AXS and Prism.fm execs join the price-capped ticket resale platform

Tixel, the global fan-to-fan ticket resale platform, has expanded its US leadership team with four key hires.

The new hires:

  • Juan Torres – former DICE executive, Chief Revenue Officer at Prism.fm, and VP of Global Sales at Aprimo – joins as VP of Commercial, US.

  • Based in Texas, he will lead Tixel’s North American commercial operation, spanning go-to-market strategy, anchor partnerships with venues, promoters, and ticketing companies.

  • Former AXS Director of Strategy Alexis Rommel joins as Head of Platform Partnerships, US.

  • Meghan McBreen joins as Business Development Manager, US, having previously worked in ticketing leadership roles at Newport Folk Festival and Park City Song Summit.

  • After working on digital experience across the Madison Square Garden Entertainment portfolio of venues, Jennifer Lee joins as US Operations Associate.

What they said:

  • Jason Webb, Co-Founder and Head of US at Tixel: “Ticketing reform has gone from an industry gripe to a national conversation. Congress is debating it, artists and fans are demanding it, and price caps and speculative listing bans are finally on the table. We didn't wait for the law to catch up; capped, verified resale is how Tixel has worked from day one. Juan, Alexis, Meghan and Jennifer have seen every corner of our industry, and they've chosen to spend the next chapter of their careers building the version of it that fans deserve.”
