THE·TEAM Announces Strategic Hires Across the US, Singapore and London

Julia May, Sarah Thia and Sheila Mukasa bolster its artist services, tour marketing, and ticketing teams

Global music agency THE·TEAM has appointed Julia May as Senior Vice President, Business Development; Sarah Thia as Vice President, Tour Marketing (Asia); and Sheila Mukasa as Senior Manager, Pricing & Ticketing.

Julia May:

  • May will help lead strategic artist development initiatives across the company’s music roster.

  • She will be based in New York.

  • A Billboard 2025 Hip-Hop & R&B Power Player, she joins from WME, where she helped develop commercial opportunities and cross-platform campaigns for artists such as Dove Cameron, Ice Spice, Doechii and more.

Sarah Thia:

  • The Singapore-based exec will lead tour marketing strategy across Asia, driving localized campaign development, market expansion and audience engagement across key territories.

  • With 15 years’ experience across the APAC region spanning integrated marketing, public relations and strategic partnerships, she most recently served as Head of Marketing at HIDDEN.

Sheila Mukasa:

  • London-based Mukasa will support pricing and ticketing strategy across THE·TEAM’s global music business, helping optimize ticketing performance, market positioning, and revenue strategy across tours and live events.

  • She joins from AEG Presents, where she led live entertainment ticketing from clubs to stadiums, managing over 1,000 shows for artists such as Ed Sheeran, Diana Ross, Billy Joel and Bruce Springsteen.
