Los Angeles headquartered talent agency Wasserman has appointed Shelley Pisarra to Chief Insights and Innovation Officer. She recently served as Executive Vice President, Global Insights.
The role:
As per Wasserman, Pisarra will develop strategies and platforms to accelerate growth across the sports, music and entertainment landscape.
Specific initiatives will include “continued expansion of Wasserman’s product and innovation work.”
She will also focus on “developing proprietary commercial capabilities that unlock revenue opportunities for top talent, brands and rights holders.”
Career accolades:
Pisarra was a 2020 Sports Business Journal ‘Game Changer’ honoree.
She co-founded the Women in Sports and Events (WISE) Multiplier Summit in 2022.
Since 2016 she has partnered on programming with the MIT Sloan Sports and Analytics Conference.
