Tessie Lammle is a music industry professional who graduated from Bentley University in 2015 with a marketing degree. She began her career in the mailroom at United Talent Agency (UTA) and worked her way up to become a music agent. She has also held positions at ICM Partners and Universal Music Group. In 2025, she joined Wasserman Music as a Director and agent focused on hip-hop and R&B artists.
