Primary Wave Partners on Catalog Deal with Savage Garden’s Daniel Jones

Primary Wave Music has announced a partnership with guitarist, songwriter and producer Daniel Jones, formerly of Australian duo Savage Garden.

The deal:

• Primary Wave will partner with Jones on his songwriting catalog across Savage Garden’s two albums.

• This includes songs from the band’s 12-million selling self-titled debut and its multi-platinum follow-up Affirmation, including “I Want You,” “To the Moon & Back,” and “Truly Madly Deeply.”

• The deal gives Jones access to Primary Wave’s global publishing infrastructure, including creative marketing, digital strategy, synchronization, brand partnerships, and film and television opportunities.

• Financial terms were not disclosed.
