Partisan Music Merges With Independent Publisher OTM Music

Partisan Music, the independent music company stemming from indie label Partisan Records, has expanded its publishing business through a strategic merger with OTM Music. OTM will now take on the employees and roster of Left Music, the publishing house Partisan launched in 2022.

The details:

• The merger comes after Partisan purchased Firebird’s stake in OTM.

• The new, larger Partisan will have offices in London, Los Angeles, New York, and Paris.

• Partisan's sync team will fold into OTM's services department.

Personnel:

• Alex Sheridan will retain his position as Founder and CEO of OTM.

• Craig Michie will be President & Head of North America.

• Kate Sweetsur will be Head of A&R after joining OTM in 2024.
