Africori has appointed Adam Tiran as its new General Manager. A founding team member with over 13 years at the company, Tiran previously served as Director of Operations and International Lead. Based in Johannesburg, he will oversee expanded investment in local talent and artist services across East, West, and Southern Africa.
Industry veteran Trip Brown has joined Universal Attractions Agency's rock and pop division, bringing a roster that includes Gasoline Lollipops, John McEuen, and Stone Horses, among others. Based in Nashville, Brown previously spent nine years at New Frontier Touring and is widely known for booking the Red Hot Chili Peppers throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
Distorted Management has welcomed artist manager Jackie Procacci to its roster, bringing with her clients Nikita, The Wicked, and Next To Blue. Procacci will also co-manage Effin alongside the existing team. Additionally, the company has signed artist AYCH, who will be jointly managed by Procacci and Alessandra West.
Green Tea Distribution has appointed Candace Braude as Artist Onboarding & Success Manager. Braude brings over a decade of music industry experience, having previously worked at FUGA, Mexican Summer, and Mick Music, as well as independently managing artists. She will focus on building relationships with GTD's artist clients.
Elizabeth Lombardi joins Spirit Music as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, bringing experience from CAA, BMG/BBR Music Group, and entertainment law practice. Taylor Perez steps in as Senior Director of Digital Marketing, with prior roles at Big Machine Label Group and Warner Music Group.
The National Independent Talent Organization (NITO) has announced its newly elected leadership slate, with Wayne Forte returning as President, Stormy Shepherd stepping in as Vice President, Amy Butterer as Secretary, and Nelly Neben as Treasurer.
